The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul, awarded a $27 million contract to Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc. For the design and construction of navigation improvements at Lock and Dam 3 on the Mississippi River. Construction is expected to begin June 2010 thru Sept. 30, 2011.
